At Providence, we end our gatherings each week with a benediction:
“Go now and share the love of God that has been shown to you. Love God. Love people.”
The church is a missional agent by identity.
We are not simply consumers of grace (although we do consume grace).
We are dispensers of God’s grace to the world around us.
We love because he first loved us (1 John 4:19).
Therefore, our goal is a life of simple (not easy) and genuine love for God and others as an outflow of the gospel’s power in our lives.
